Huerta y Fuegos is a space designed for our guests to enjoy the hotel gardens with local production from the garden and a simple gourmet proposal.
We start with an Apetizer made with fresh seasonal products, preparing the palate to go on to taste our incredible and unique Patagonian Lamb a la stake, accompanied by stuffed potatoes, vegetables baked in a clay oven, and for dessert caramelized seasonal fruits on the disk of plow.
We also organize Curanto only for groups larger than 10 people.
An ancient food that is cooked underground, adding all kinds of meats and vegetables. This cooking generates the effect of a pressure oven. A unique, ancestral and mystical party to enjoy outdoors.
